• Age Requirement: You need to be at least 16 to use Sankira (or 13, depending on where you live).
• Real Names: Please use your real name. It helps keep our community transparent and authentic. If you have safety concerns, we can make an exception.
• Using Bots: Want to use a bot to post? Please get our approval first.
• Commercial Content: You can post about your business if it's helpful to the community. Just be sure to label any direct promotions.
• Your Content License: You own the content you post. You're giving us permission to use it on Sankira and in our promotional materials.
• Account and Content Deletion: You can delete your account, posts and comments at any time.

You must be at least 16 years old to register (or 13 if permitted by your country's laws). Use your legal first and last name when creating your account. You're responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access.

Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which covers how we handle your data and use cookies.

Business-related posts are welcome when they add value. You must disclose your relationship when promoting your own products or services. Violations may result in content removal, suspension, or account termination. See our Posting Guidelines for full requirements and examples.

Don't use the Platform to:

• Post unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
• Violate intellectual property rights or post content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights.
• Distribute spam, unsolicited messages, or repetitive commercial content.
• Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
• Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful technologies.
• Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform or connected systems.
• Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers and networks.
• Use automated tools without prior approval (see Bot Accounts section).

We may monitor and remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines. Violations may result in warnings, content removal, suspension, or account termination. We can take immediate action in cases of severe violations or safety threats. Use our reporting tools to flag content that violates our Terms.

Your Content License:

You retain ownership of your content. By posting to the Platform, you grant Sankira a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and publicly display your content in connection with the Platform and our business.

Your Responsibility:

Your content must not infringe on anyone else's intellectual property rights. You're responsible for ensuring you have all necessary rights to post your content.

Platform Disclaimer:

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS. TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SANKIRA DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Content Disclaimers:

While we strive for accuracy in content published by Sankira staff, we make no warranties regarding the accuracy, completeness, or reliability of any User Content. We don't endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any User Content posted through the Platform.

Limitation of Liability:

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SANKIRA WON'T BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sankira, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of another party, including intellectual property rights.

You can delete your account anytime through your account settings. We may also suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, community guidelines, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity.

What Happens When You Delete Your Account:

Your personal information and account access are immediately removed. Your content shows as "[deleted]" to preserve conversation context. For urgent content removal requests, contact [email protected].

We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date and may notify you. Your continued use of the Platform means you accept the new Terms. If you don't agree with the changes, stop using the Platform.

These Terms are governed by Wyoming law. Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration per American Arbitration Association rules.

These Terms are the complete agreement between you and Sankira. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains valid. Not enforcing a provision doesn't mean we waive our rights. You can't transfer these Terms without our written consent.
