Account Registration and Requirements

Acceptable Use
Don't use the Platform to:
- Post unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable content.
- Violate intellectual property rights or post content that infringes on copyrights, trademarks, or other proprietary rights.
- Distribute spam, unsolicited messages, or repetitive commercial content.
- Impersonate others or misrepresent your affiliation with any person or entity.
- Distribute malware, viruses, or other harmful technologies.
- Attempt unauthorized access to the Platform or connected systems.
- Interfere with or disrupt the Platform or its servers and networks.
- Use automated tools without prior approval (see Bot Accounts section).
Content Moderation and Enforcement
We may monitor and remove content that violates these Terms or our community guidelines. Violations may result in warnings, content removal, suspension, or account termination. We can take immediate action in cases of severe violations or safety threats. Use our reporting tools to flag content that violates our Terms.
Intellectual Property Rights
Your Content License:
You retain ownership of your content. By posting to the Platform, you grant Sankira a non-exclusive, worldwide license to use, copy, modify, distribute, and publicly display your content in connection with the Platform and our business.

We don't endorse, support, represent, or guarantee the completeness, truthfulness, accuracy, or reliability of any User Content posted through the Platform.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SANKIRA WON'T BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES RESULTING FROM YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM.
Indemnification
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Sankira, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, and licensors from any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including attorney fees) arising from: (a) your use of the Platform; (b) your User Content; (c) your violation of these Terms; or (d) your violation of any rights of another party, including intellectual property rights.
Termination
You can delete your account anytime through your account settings. We may also suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms, community guidelines, fraudulent activity, or extended inactivity.
What Happens When You Delete Your Account:
Your personal information and account access are immediately removed. Your content shows as "[deleted]" to preserve conversation context. For urgent content removal requests, contact [email protected].
Modifications to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. When we do, we'll update the "Last Updated" date and may notify you. Your continued use of the Platform means you accept the new Terms. If you don't agree with the changes, stop using the Platform.
Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by Wyoming law. Disputes should first be resolved through good-faith negotiations. If unresolved within 30 days, either party may pursue binding arbitration per American Arbitration Association rules.
Miscellaneous
These Terms are the complete agreement between you and Sankira. If any part is found unenforceable, the rest remains valid. Not enforcing a provision doesn't mean we waive our rights. You can't transfer these Terms without our written consent.
